NOTES: Really lovely to taste a Paso Cab that isnt overly oaked and sweet. This is dry but still has all the rasberry fruit notes that Cab is known for. Well balanced tannin and acid but leans more towards the darker broody side of the scale making it pair nicely with meat or vegan mushroom dishes.
