California Common

Collaboration with Ventura Coast, we brewed a steam beer that is similar to common but using our house lager yeast fermented at warm temperatures.

A Steam beer is simply a warm fermented lager with a nice biscuity and velvet malt character from the Munich malt and hopped with Cascade.
