A DAY AT LP

The day started by opening the windows to the brewery, and taking in the blood orange glow of the San Jacinto Mtn.

Today we brewed TABLE, a light and aromatic farmhouse ale we tend to always have flowing here at the bar. Super drinkable and casual, featuring Voss Kveik.

A high carb session thanks to our friend and executive chef at 4Saints Palms Springs, Ysaac Ramirez. This cajun potato salad had me high on life.

Shoutout Johnny, he picks up our spent grain for his chickens.

We wrapped up the day with a little vino tasting from Byron, over at Merchants of Thirst.

We’re excited to introduce some new and local producers to the LP roster.
